Below are two documents which were presented at last Tuesday's worksession (January 15, 2013) by Councilman Dunn. These documents and allegations are so shocking that I expected The Cecil Whig to cover the story. Instead, Councilman Hodge, McCarthy and newly appointed Councilwoman Bowlesby voted to support the appointment of Mr. Hodge as President and said the allegations were irrelevant because they occurred back in 2008.
